SevenTech Global respects your privacy. This policy sets out what personal data we collect through seventech.global, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights available to you.

1. Who we are

SevenTech Global is a software company headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan, working with clients worldwide and with an EU contact in Berlin, Germany. SevenTech Global is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us through the contact form on this website:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your company name, where provided
  • the content of your message
  • your preferred date and time, where you request a call

We do not request payment details through this website, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on it.

3. How we use your data and our legal basis

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and send you a confirmation that we have received it
  • prepare and carry out an engagement with you, where you become a client
  • keep appropriate records of our business correspondence

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)); and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining records of them (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Who we share your data with

Your data is accessed by members of the SevenTech Global team who need it to respond to you. We also use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf, namely our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider. They may use your data only to provide those services to us.

We may disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law.

5. International transfers

SevenTech Global operates from Pakistan and works with partners and service providers in other countries. Your personal data may therefore be processed outside the country in which you live, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to respond to you and to manage any engagement that follows, and for no longer than we need them for those purposes or to meet our legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to authorised members of our team.

8. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set tracking cookies for visitors. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads.

Our website links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. If you follow these links, those services process your data under their own privacy policies.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • ask us to delete your data
  • ask us to restrict, or object to, our use of your data
  • receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, please email hello@seventech.global or get in touch with our EU contact named in section 1. We will respond within one month. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
